EASE COSMETICS.com ships to UK, US & NIGERIA addresses. Please be aware that orders could arrive in multiple packages when products run out of stock you may PRE-ORDER and get them when they are available.
Shipping Options, Costs, and Delivery Times
- Standard shipping (UK) 3-5 days £1.99
- Standard shipping Lagos Nigeria – 3-5 days – N1000
- Outside Lagos -3-5 days – N2000
- Standard shipping United States – 3-7days – £5.99
Total delivery time includes processing and carrier transit time.

We cannot request or guarantee delivery by a specific carrier.
Items on Pre-Order
If an item is currently out of stock, there will be a date listed next to the product indicating when we should be receiving the product back in stock. If you choose to purchase the item anyway, a preorder shipping surcharge will apply.
Your default shipping address is the one used on your most recent order. At Checkout, you can change your shipping address by clicking the “edit” button by the default address. This will allow you to select another saved address, or enter a new one
You can review your shipping address at any time in the Shipping Addresses area of Your Account. You can add, delete, or edit your saved addresses. Changes you make on the Shipping Addresses area of Your Account will not affect orders you have already placed, In case you need to change your delivery address after you have placed an order please call to inform us on 08064068656, this may incur another delivery fee for such changes..
Shipping Confirmation Emails
You will receive an automated shipment confirmation email when we finish processing your order. Our shipping carriers do not pick up packages from our facilities on weekends or on postal holidays. Therefore, if you place an order after our order processing deadline, you may experience a delay between your shipping confirmation e-mail and the actual shipment of your order. The time for the shipment method you selected will begin when the delivery carrier picks your order up for delivery.
We are unable to arrange weekend deliveries. All shipping and processing times listed on our website are in business days (Monday – Friday, excluding all national holidays).
Some of our shipping carriers occasionally deliver orders sent on Saturdays, but this service cannot be requested or guaranteed
We try to always provide the highest level of service possible. If there is a problem with your order, please begin by contacting us immediately; email@example.com. Please provide as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number, the name of the affected items, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement. We will respond to you as quickly as possible. Please do not discard any items unless we direct you to do so
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods such as flowers, Wigs cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Store C10 AOL Mall, Shoprite , Surulere, Lagos.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over N15000, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com or Call 08064068656 and send your item to: Store c10 AOL Mall, Shoprite ,Surulere, Lagos.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.
